Disclaimer
Liability for Content
As service providers, we are liable for our own content on these pages according to Sec. 7, paragraph 1 German Digital Services Act (DDG). However, according to Sec. 8 to 10 German Digital Services Act (DDG), service providers are not obligated to permanently monitor submitted or stored third-party information or to search for evidences that indicate illegal activities. Legal obligations to removing information or to blocking the use of information remain unchallenged. In this case, liability is only possible at the time of knowledge about a specific violation of law. Illegal contents will be removed immediately as soon as we get knowledge of them.
Liability for Links
Our offer includes links to external third party websites. We have no influence on the contents of those websites, therefore we cannot guarantee for those contents. Providers or administrators of linked websites are always responsible for their own contents. The linked websites had been checked for possible violations of law at the time of the establishment of the link. Illegal contents were not detected at the time of the linking. A permanent monitoring of the contents of linked websites cannot be imposed without reasonable indications that there has been a violation of law. Illegal links will be removed immediately as soon as we get knowledge of them.
Data Protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Our website links to our Instagram profile. This is a simple link; no data is transferred to Instagram when you visit our pages. Only when you click the link are you taken to Instagram, operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland, where its privacy policy applies: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy.
Hosting and Server Log Files
Our website is hosted by lima-city ein Projekt der TrafficPlex GmbH, Konsul-Smidt-Str. 90, 28217 Bremen, Germany. When you visit our pages, the server automatically stores technical data such as IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system in log files. This data is required for the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.
Contact Form
If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, your email address, the selected subject and your message in order to answer your request. To prevent misuse, we first send you a confirmation email; your message is only forwarded to us by email after you confirm. Until then it is stored temporarily on our server for a maximum of 24 hours and then deleted. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (requests about performances and bookings) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering other requests). We delete your message once it has been dealt with and no retention obligations apply.
Newsletter
For our newsletter we use a self-hosted system on our own web server; no external newsletter service providers are involved. When you subscribe, we store your email address and your chosen language. The address is stored in encrypted form in our database. Subscription uses a double opt-in procedure: you receive an email with a confirmation link and are only subscribed after confirming. Unconfirmed subscriptions are deleted automatically after 48 hours. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of every newsletter or via the form on our homepage; your data will then be deleted.
YouTube Videos
On our media page we embed videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Videos are only loaded when you click “Load video” (two-click solution). Before that, no connection to YouTube is established; the preview images are stored on our own server. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). After the click, data such as your IP address, browser and device information and the page visited are transmitted to YouTube. YouTube may store cookies or similar technologies on your device and transfer data to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Your consent only applies to the video you start and is not stored by us. The link “Like & comment on YouTube” takes you directly to YouTube, where Google’s privacy policy applies. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
